Events Selection and Planning
Wajax tradeshows and events are important opportunities for face-to-face customer interactions and to showcase Wajax offerings. The planning for these events and tradeshows is critical to ensuring the right message and promotional support is provided.
All Event bookings MUST be managed through Marketing via the Event Submission Form and signoff from Category Lead. Event bookings are pre-planned on a yearly basis in Q4 of the year prior to ensure proper budgeting. Any events outside the yearly plan (Sept/Oct) will require extra planning and consideration.
A preliminary event meeting with the Marketing team and key stakeholders, is required to determine budget, expectations/goals, booth materials, floor plan, attendees, schedules, etc.
Each event is unique therefore, all aspects will be catered to accordingly.
