It is the goal of this document to provide a simple and clear set of guidelines to ensure proper and consistent usage.

EHS Logo
A logo is a graphic element that uniquely identifies a brand, in order to help publicly define its unique attributes. A logo is essentially a brand name set in a specific type style, modified and/or arranged in a particular way, and paired with graphic elements. The size, Colour, and form of the letters and words help to establish legibility and emphasis for the reader. The Everyone Home Safe logo and tagline are a combination of custom typography, illustration, and the Verdana font.
19.3 \\
EHS Use of Illustrations
The feature illustrations should be paired with content to aid in the user’s comprehension of that content. They can be used across marketing materials, print or digital. Illustrations are only to be used when full-colour (CMYK or RGB) reproductions are possible. Minimum size is 2” high, always paired with the logo.

EHS Logo Usage and Variations
The official logo colours are Pantone 1225 C (yellow) and Pantone Black. These are the colours used when printing using Pantone colours. When printing with only two colours, the Pantone version of the logo is preferred. Do not use a Pantone version of our logo on a CMYK print job as this would amount to a six colour job (CMYK plus 2 Pantone colours) resulting in higher costs. The majority of printing however is usually produced using the CMYK printing system.
PREFERRED LOGO USAGE
CMYK (Cyan – Yellow – Magenta – Black) The CMYK version of our logo is the preferred one to use for print materials. The EPS files will be the files most requested by printers. These are also referred to as a vector file.

ONE-COLOUR REPRODUCTION
When printing limitations or costs are concerns, one-colour reproductions of the logo are allowed. The preferred Pantone colour for one-colour reproduction is Pantone 1225 C. In more restrictive applications such as print, the logo may be reproduced using the black-and-white version shown below.
19.5 \\
EHS Reversed Colour Field
When reproduced in advertising, marketing collaterals, or correspondence, reversed colour applications of the logo are acceptable. The example below shows the preferred reversed colour application.
19.6 \\
EHS Logo Clear Zone
Wherever the Everyone Home Safe identity is used independently, the clear zone shown is the minimum allowed. Clear zone restrictions allow for the identity to stand alone and occupy a spatial distance from other competing design/editorial elements.
19.7 \\
EHS Logo Minimum Size
In order to maintain clear legibility, the minimum height at which the full colour identity can be used WITH the tagline is approximately 2 inches. Depending on material used (paper, fabric, vinyl) this measurement may be larger or smaller.
ALTERNATE MINIMUM SIZE
In cases where a logo smaller than 2” is needed, the versions shown below are available for use.
